The Arts Council of Wales has withdrawn its grant to Lampeter Music club, attributing this to a decline in Lottery funding. This is a great blow for members and for the general public who have been attending the Club's concerts over the past years.

The club has embarked on a fund-raising programme to try to make good the shortfall.
